We recently bought a Ssangyong Musso Bedggoods Kia, Wendouree. Lewis was our very capable and helpful salesman. We purchased on line, and the team at Bedggoods made it so easy; communication was great. We had a few hold-ups from our end and Lewis was able to patiently work with us. When we finally picked up the ute, it had a beautiful big bow on it, a bottle of wine and a full tank of fuel. Time was also given, by Lewis, to take photos with my husband and our grandsons and to give a good run down on the workings of the vehicle- this was a very lovely experience and blessing, (we purchased a vehicle at twice the price in a different town and dealership 3 years ago and they struck out on all 3 of these blessings- there was only a set of keys waiting and paperwork to sign). As we live 3.5 hours from Ballarat, we decided to make picking up the Musso a "boys weekend". Grandpa took down 3 of our young grandsons on the bus, train and finally taxi. They stayed overnight in Ballarat, ate at almost every eatery by the sounds, and spent 2 days at Soverign Hill exploring and buying souvenirs. Not only is Bedggoods Kia Wendouree great as a dealership, they are also great for their region as boosting the economy for 'out of town' buyers like us. The grandchildren are already lining up to accompany grandpa down for the vehicle services as they are due 😀. Thank you so much Lewis, and Bedggoods Kia, for a really positive experience.
